A recovery scan is one complete scan of a storage device. With paid plans, you can recover
unlimited files in a single scan. Free trial scans are limited to 25 files per scan.
Each scan counts as one credit, regardless of how many files you recover.
Do credits expire?
No. Your recovery credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them, at your own pace.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Yes! All plans allow installation on unlimited devices. Your license is tied to your
account, not to a specific computer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and debit cards
through our secure payment processor.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely! Contact us and we'll credit your previous purchase toward the upgrade.
